Leadership is numbers mentality and not super constructive. Environment is very much feast or famine and territory dependent. Good luck if you’re selling into a rural area as your quota will be the same as someone selling into San Francisco. My overall experience has been extraordinary. Vibes at the office make you want to go more than the necessary, they often organize activities such as team buildings, meals etc. Managers are superb. I wouldn't live in spain if it wasn't for CrowdStrike's job opportunity.
